RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE
We do not offer returns (refunds, exchanges and/or store credit) on change of mind or items on SALE, so please choose carefully before making your purchase. All STATUTORY rights under Consumer Guarantee at the absolute discretion of our customer service team.
FAULTY RETURNS
We pride ourselves on everything being perfect with a high level of quality, however we understand that there may be times where you need to return an item purchased from us. If there is any fault with the products supplied, please email and make us aware of the situation along with proof of purchase along with photos and a video.
You may then send the product back to us which will then be assessed by our customer services or
technical team.
We insist that all items are returned to us at customers expense in an original, resalable condition in
order for us to process refunds or exchanges. We deduct the initial postage cost which we incurred.
We will then issue you a repair, replacement, exchange or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds for faulty products, your return request will be processed within 5-10 business days after receipt.
We'll keep you updated throughout the returns process, once we have inspected and accepted the
return. Any refunds, will be reimbursed via the same payment method used initially. Your financial
institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
